ABOUT THE HOUSE
The country house is located in Méntrida, in the province of Toledo. It has a 1,000-square-meter area and a 320-square-meter house divided into several rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. On the outside you will find a swimming pool, a big arbour and a barbecue. Everything you need to spend some fantastic days in the countryside!
REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION
The maximum number of guests is 12 people.
(children up to 6 years old does not count).
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
Flexible check-in from 10 a.m. and check-out at 8 p.m.
In accordance with local regulations, guests must respect noise and sound outdoor levels from 00:00 a.m. until 09:00 a.m.
The deposit is 200 € and it will be returned a week after check-out.
Pets are allowed (60 euros deposit that will
be returned a week after check-out.)
To make a reservation, it is required the 30% of the total amount as a down payment. The rest of the total amount will be paid a week before check-in.
CANCELATION POLICY:
- If guests cancel two weeks before the arrival, 100%
of the payment will be returned.
- If guests cancel one week before the arrival, 50%
of the payment will be returned.
- If guests cancel 48 hours before the arrival,
the payment will not be returned.
(Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash.)

Wine Museum
If you love wine, you cannot miss the Museo de las Cuevas del Castillejo, a bodega where you will learn about the history of Spanish wines with certificate of origin of Méntrida.
Cultural Activities
If you want to visit Madrid or Toledo, you are in the right place. Both cities are approximately 50 km away from the house.
Leisure activities
You can do many nature-related activities such as swimming in the Alberche River or visiting Madrid's Safari.
Also, if you want to go horse riding, you can find the perfect place just a few steps from the house.
